ICEER Submission Guideline
Prospective authors are invited to submit full length papers consisting of a complete description of their ideas and applicable research results in a minimum of 15 pages (Papers exceed 15 pages will be charged additionally at 70USD / per page). Alternatively, they can submit a 2 page Extended Abstract. Depending on the type of document submitted by authors, they will be peer reviewed and recommended to be presented under Poster Presentation (Extended Abstract Only); Poster Presentation/Oral Flash Presentation/ Oral Presentation.
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the Oral / Poster / Oral Flash presentation at ICEER and be published in the conference proceedings.
1 | Papers submitted via the Electronic Submission System will be peer reviewed by at least two reviewers. |
2 | Upon reviewers comments and acceptance, please revise your paper accordingly and using the template that will be provided until June 20th. You may then proceed with the upload of camera ready version. |
3 | The authors of the paper will take responsibility for any Intellectual Property issues concerning the papers on their own. The organizing Committee reserves the right to use the papers for conference purposes. |
4 | No show, no publication |
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the Poster Presentation at ICEER and be published in the Conference Abstract Book.

2 | Authors are required to submit two-page Extended Abstract (Abstract Template) for reviewing |
1 | The authors will be required to sign Copyright Form online after the conference. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article. |
2 | At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper. |
1) | The paper selection will follow a double-blind review process, meaning that both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper selection process |
2) | Submitted manuscripts will conduct an initial screening by plagiarism checker. |
3) | Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by an ICEER Scientific Technical Committee that covers the topic of the manuscript. |
4) | Submissions are rated by the committee members based on (i) originality (ii) design novelty (iii) advancement within the field and (iv) technical quality. Authors should provide clear evidence of what is novel in their work and/or the extent to which it advances the state-of-the-art. Many submissions will be stronger in novelty or advancement, so both are equally weighted by the committee. A high level of technical quality and clarity is a requirement for all submissions. |
